Emphasis acquires 2 new clients, updates on Scented Studio & The Wooden Table

A lot has been happening in the last few weeks at Emphasis. First, we wanted to take a moment and thank all of our Facebook and Twitter followers, we appreciate it immensely. We wouldn't be where we are without you, and we are grateful for all of you!

We’ve acquired a couple of new clients over the last couple of weeks that we want to introduce to you. First, Twisted Wardrobe Designs, located in exclusive Cherry Creek North, offers women’s designer clothing, jewelry and accessories at prices that won’t break the bank. Opened in April 2011, Owner Denise Blodig’s concept was out of her own love of all things fashion. In fact, there is a second location opening this Friday. But if you are in Cherry Creek at that “mall,” why not walk a couple of blocks and visit Twisted Wardrobe. You, and your wallet, may be grateful. Twisted wardrobe is locatred at211 Detroit St.in the exclusive enclave that is Cherry Creek North.

Next, is Ted’s Clothiers. Ted’s Clothiers has become literally and institution on South Broadway inEnglewood,Colorado, as it has been in the same location for more than 35 years! Owner Ted Vasilas and his son Christos, have prided themselves on offering quality menswear for an affordable price. Custom clothing is an option at Ted’s as well, but with a complete tailor shop on site (headed by master tailor Ted himself) who needs a custom suit for twice the price? But the real key to their longevity and success is their attention to their customer. Looking forward to working with them, and introducing a lot of new clients to this south of Denver gem! You can find Ted’s Clothiers at 3476 S. Broadway in Englewood.

A lot has been happening with a couple of our other clients too. Scented Studio opened on October 14th in grand style to say the least. It was a true block party, complete with a street closure, red carpet walk, outdoor spotlight, lots of photo ops, and a ribbon cutting. Once the doors were opened, guests got their first glimpse of the new retailer and it’s incredible interior transformation. For some of you following their page on Facebook, you got to see the “before” images. Well, it looks completely different now, thanks to Tim Medler of TimmieTom, LLC. The highlight of the evening (aside from seeing the stores doors open) was a raffle, with all the proceeds going to Brent’s Place; a local charity providing housing for children with cancer and their families. At the end of the night, Scented Studio had raised more than $1,000.00. Thanks to all who attended, and bid on all the great prizes donated by our Cherry Creek neighbors. We feel very, very welcome! Scented Studio is located at215 Detroit St. just across from the Room and Board showroom.

Meanwhile at The Wooden Table, to call them media darlings would be an understatement. A true love affair has begun between owners Brett Shaheen & Jane Knauf and the local doyenne of Denver’s restaurant circuit, The Gabby Gourmet (a/k/a Pat Miller). It began with Gabby’s visit to the restaurant…then another…then another! Then there was an invite to feature the restaurant on her segment on Channel 7 News at Noon on October 12th. Next they will be guests on Gabby’s radio show on November 12th. Not to mention a piece in the upcoming November issue of  HERLife Magazine, and a review in 303 Magazine in December. Not bad for a little Italian bistro south of the city, right? The Wooden Table is located in Greenwood Village  just a few miles south of downtown Denver at2500 E Orchard Rd., Unit C.

That’s all for now. Look for updates in the not too distant future. Till then, here’s to reaching your own personal and professional potential today!
