The world is anxiously awaiting the arrival of “Punxsutawney Phil,” the beloved tree-dwelling groundhog of the named Pennsylvania town who will predict whether winter will end early or rage on for six more weeks this Saturday. I for one would love to see winter end sooner rather than later. Why? Simple…spring and summer are the best; the rebirth of the beautiful flora, the warmer weather, the food…all are things to look forward to in the warmer months. Especially the food…
