One Million Moms: The saga continues

Just when you thought it was safe, One Million Moms has taken to the world wide web again with another campaign of “disappointment.” According to The Huffington Post, the target of their wrath this time? Urban Outfitters. It seems the retailer had the unmitigated gall to include a photograph of two women kissing (gasp!).

In a plea to their supporters, OMM has asked that a letter writing campaign be lanched to urge the retailer to remove the “offensive” photo from its catalog:

“WARNING! The April 2012 catalog from Urban Outfitters has begun arriving in home mailboxes the last couple of days. On page two of this catalog is a picture of two women kissing in a face holding embrace! The ad and catalog are clearly geared toward teenagers.”

Perpetuating their fear of an imagined “gay agenda,” OMM has picked up this gauntlet after their colossal failure in getting Ellen DeGeneres fired as spokesperson for retailer JC Penney. What are your thoughts of OMM’s latest? Sound off in our comments section.
