A fitting end to the “Fired Up for Kids” Charity Scandal?

Last month “Fired Up for Kids” was ordered to turn over its assets to newly formed non-profit Colorado Firefighter Calendar Inc., an unrelated company.  Kirsten Hambling, the sole signator for the FUFK organization, and her attorney’s admitted no wrongdoing in the matter. Still, the activities of Hambling through the FUFK organization prompted State Attorney General John Suthers to file a lawsuit back in December 2011.
