In a not-so-surprising move, Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow has been traded to the New York Jets. This comes on the heels of the signing of MVP quarterback Peyton Manning yesterday. But will he ever take the field?
It is now being reported that Mark Sanchez, currently the starting QB for the jets, is going to be stepping aside, so Tebow will be starting for the Jets this season. So Tebow mania catching on in the Empire State still might happen.

UPDATE: There were a few
anxious moments when it looked like the deal between the Broncos and the Jets may have been scuttled. The reason? Fine print. Someone in the Jets organization failed to do a complete read through of Tebow’s contract with Denver. The sticking point? The Jets didn’t realize they would need to reimburse the Broncos for $5.1 million in advance salaries paid to Tebow for the 2012, 2013 and 2014 seasons. That problem reportedly has been resolved, with the Jets agreeing to pay half of the compensation back to the Broncos.
So, the farewell party can go on as planned, and we still welcome your comments.
